If the item is out of stock at the local warehouse and ships from China, delivery may take approximately 8–15 business days or longer. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 30 days and we will help review the issue.
For eligible tattoo machines, we also provide 1-year warranty support for functional issues under normal use.
