For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, contaminated, or visibly damaged tattoo-related products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization or an RMA number. Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
