Thank you for shopping with Yikexuanli Tattoo. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping areas, processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping fees, and related shipping terms.

1. Shipping Areas

Yikexuanli Tattoo currently mainly ships to the United States, Germany, and selected European countries or regions.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product availability, warehouse inventory, carrier coverage, and checkout settings. The final available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Mexico is a planned shipping destination for future expansion. If Mexico is available at checkout, orders may be shipped from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse depending on inventory and logistics conditions.

For remote areas, islands, or locations with limited carrier coverage, delivery time may be extended, and additional shipping fees may apply. If your address is located in a remote area or cannot be delivered normally, we may contact you to confirm additional shipping fees, an alternative address, order cancellation, or another suitable solution.

2. Shipping Warehouses

We may ship orders from our U.S. warehouse, Germany warehouse, or China warehouse depending on your shipping address, product availability, warehouse inventory, and logistics arrangements.

Orders to the United States are usually shipped from our U.S. warehouse when inventory is available. If the item is out of stock at the U.S. warehouse, the order may be shipped from China.

Orders to Germany and selected European countries are usually shipped from our Germany warehouse when inventory is available. If the item is out of stock at the Germany warehouse, the order may be shipped from China.

The final shipping warehouse will be arranged by Yikexuanli Tattoo based on actual inventory and logistics conditions.

3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, peak seasons, inventory adjustments, or other special circumstances may require additional processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped from a local warehouse, the estimated delivery time is usually around 3–7 business days.

In many cases, delivery may take approximately 5 business days. However, delivery time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

If an item is out of stock at the local warehouse and the order is shipped from China, the estimated delivery time may be extended to approximately 8–15 business days or longer.

Delivery times may also be affected by remote delivery locations, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Fees

Orders over USD $100 may qualify for free shipping.

For orders below USD $100, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The final shipping fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

6. Remote Area Shipping

Some remote areas, islands, or locations with limited logistics coverage may require additional shipping fees or longer delivery times.

If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you before shipping the order. You may choose to pay the additional shipping fee, provide an alternative delivery address, cancel the order, or discuss another suitable solution with us.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other local charges may apply.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local authorities.

Yikexuanli Tattoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, or unpaid customs charges.

8. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Yikexuanli Tattoo is not responsible for delayed delivery, failed delivery, returned packages, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the package, or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

9. Carriers and Tracking

We will choose a suitable shipping carrier based on the destination, warehouse inventory, product type, and logistics conditions.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the order and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information by email or through the order page if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

10. PO Box, APO/FPO, and Special Addresses

Some PO Box, APO/FPO, military addresses, remote addresses, or special delivery addresses may not be available for delivery.

If your address cannot be delivered normally, we will contact you to confirm an alternative address, additional shipping fees, order cancellation, or another suitable solution.

11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, tracking information, photos, videos, screenshots, or any other relevant evidence.

We will review the information provided and contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the investigation result and the specific situation, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, discount, or another reasonable solution.
