Return & Refund Policy

Yikexuanli Tattoo offers a 14-day return policy for eligible orders placed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to request a return authorization before sending any item back.

For product quality issues, defective items, damaged items, or incorrect items, Yikexuanli Tattoo offers a free replacement service within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. You must contact Yikexuanli Tattoo within 14 days after receiving your order.
  2. The product must be unused, in new condition, in its original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, parts, and gifts, if applicable.
  3. For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, contaminated, or visibly damaged tattoo-related products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
  4. Yikexuanli Tattoo reserves the right to deduct fees from the refund amount for any missing, damaged, or incomplete parts.

Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Yikexuanli Tattoo may be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must prepay all shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for the risk of loss or damage while the returned item is in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Authorization Required

Please do not return any item without prior authorization or an RMA number.

If a product is returned without authorization, without an RMA number, after the 14-day return period, or without proper packaging, Yikexuanli Tattoo reserves the right to refuse the return, send the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or reject the refund request.

We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges & Replacements

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless Yikexuanli Tattoo agrees to cover the return shipping cost.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Yikexuanli Tattoo will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a replacement solution.
